Practice supports additional packs of 500 client entities at £49/month per pack. Extra entity packs will be available with Practice when payments open.
No card is needed during October. Choosing a plan never starts a payment.
Free access ends at midnight London time on 1 November 2026. Without a subscription or longer complimentary grant, your workspace returns to Free. There is no automatic charge.
Nothing is automatically deleted, archived or revoked. If usage exceeds any Free limit, the workspace becomes read-only until you reduce usage or upgrade. Monitoring and reminders continue.
Workspace owners and admins can activate Free, Growth or Practice in Billing & plan during October. Choosing a smaller plan requires your usage to fit its limits.
Normal limits apply to every plan. Free allows 3 active entities, 1 billable seat and 100 MB of storage. Extra Practice entity packs are excluded from the offer.
Accountant memberships do not use billable seats. Existing permissions continue to govern which records each person can view.
